At Vacation Club Promo, we believe in transparency about how we operate. We use artificial intelligence tools as part of our booking and customer service process, and we want you to know exactly how.
How We Use AI
Phone qualification: Our AI-powered phone agents can answer calls, walk you through the qualification process, and confirm your eligibility for promotional packages. These agents are available outside normal business hours so you’re not waiting for a callback.
Web-based qualification: Our website tools use AI to help match you with the right resort and package based on your preferences, travel dates, and qualification criteria.
Customer communication: AI assists with responding to common questions about our packages, resort details, and booking logistics.
What AI Does Not Do
AI does not make purchasing decisions on your behalf. No AI system will charge your card, sign an agreement, or commit you to anything without your explicit human action.
AI does not replace human review. Every booking is reviewed by a real person before confirmation. If there’s anything unusual about your qualification or booking, a human reviews it directly.
AI does not have the final say. If you disagree with an AI determination or have questions the AI can’t answer, a human team member is always available.
Human Oversight
A real person reviews all bookings before they are confirmed with the resort. Our AI tools help us work faster and be available around the clock, but the decisions that matter — confirming your reservation, processing your agreement, and resolving any issues — always involve human oversight.
