About Vacation Club Promo
Vacation Club Promo is operated by Bowman Web Services LLC, an independent promotional partner for the resorts featured on this site. Bowman Web Services LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST43529. We process your request and collect the package fee shown in your agreement. The resort confirms the reservation and provides the stay.
Complete and sign your reservation request, then pay the package fee shown in your agreement. Your reservation remains pending until we send you the resort’s written confirmation. Please wait for that confirmation before buying non-refundable travel.
If the resort declines your reservation request, Bowman Web Services LLC will refund the full package payment it collected for that request. No booking or administration fee will be deducted from that refund. This supplier-rejection refund is separate from the cancellation terms that apply if you choose to cancel.
The packages on this site require attendance at a 90–120 minute vacation club presentation during your stay. That's the trade — heavily discounted rates in exchange for the resort getting a chance to show you their ownership program. There's no obligation to buy. We'll walk you through exactly how it works before you commit.
