Counter-Notification

Embedded video content is served from YouTube under YouTube’s standard embedding terms; clicking any embedded video opens the video on YouTube under its original creator’s account.

False Claims

Section 512(f) of the DMCA imposes liability on any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake. We forward false claims and bad-faith counter-notices to the relevant parties for legal action.
