What’s Included

What to Expect

This isn’t a cookie-cutter beach resort. The property is built around actual jungle, natural cenotes, and wildlife. Coatis and monkeys live on the grounds. You can swim in crystal-clear freshwater sinkholes without leaving the resort. The water park has slides for both kids and adults.

Dining covers everything from steakhouse to teppanyaki to Brazilian grill — all included. About 960 rooms total, so it’s a big property but spread across lush tropical grounds.

Qualification Requirements

• Married or cohabitating couple, at least one partner 28–70
• Combined income $60,000+ USD
• Full-time employed (retirees accepted if one partner has qualifying job)
• Valid major credit card (no debit/corporate cards)
• U.S. or Canadian citizen (excluding PR and QC)
• $750 refundable hold at check-in
• Both adults attend the 90–120 min presentation together
• Cannot have attended a presentation at this resort chain before

Important Notes

Schedule the presentation through the hotel concierge. It cannot be on your first or last day, or on Dec 25 / Jan 1. If your flight arrives between 12:01–4:00 AM, contact us to add the extra night.
