Before you sign or pay, your quote must identify our package fee, any separate supplier fees and taxes, each amount and currency, who collects it, and when it is due. Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

Request, payment and confirmation

Complete and sign your reservation request, then pay the package fee shown in your agreement. Your reservation remains pending until we send you the resort’s written confirmation. Please wait for that confirmation before buying non-refundable travel.

If the resort declines your reservation request, Bowman Web Services LLC will refund the full package payment it collected for that request. No booking or administration fee will be deducted from that refund. This supplier-rejection refund is separate from the cancellation terms that apply if you choose to cancel.

What's included in the all-inclusive package?
All meals at the resort’s restaurants and buffets, snacks throughout the day, unlimited domestic and premium-brand drinks at all bars, room service (hours vary by property), non-motorized water sports, fitness center access, daily entertainment and pool/beach activities, and all resort taxes and service fees. Specifically excluded items are listed below in “What’s NOT included.”
What are the qualification requirements?

What is the 120-minute resort club presentation?
It’s the trade-off that makes the price work. All adults in your party attend a 120-minute sit-down with a resort club representative who explains the vacation club membership program. You don’t have to buy anything — most guests don’t. The presentation runs once during your stay, at a scheduled time you book on arrival, leaving the rest of your trip free. No surprise stops, no pressure to extend.
What if my first-choice resort isn't available?
If your requested resort or dates are unavailable, our team will discuss alternatives with you. Any change of resort requires your acceptance. Your reservation remains pending until we send you the resort’s written confirmation. If the resort declines your reservation request, Bowman Web Services LLC will refund the full package payment it collected for that request. How does the airport transfer work?
For Cofresi, airport transfers are arranged separately from the $799 package. Puerto Plata’s POP airport is roughly 30 minutes from the resort. Shared round-trip shuttles are commonly in the $40-$60 range, with private transfers often around $80 round trip. We confirm current transfer options before booking so the arrival plan is clear.
Can we add nights, extra adults, or extra kids?
Yes. Extra nights start at $125/adult/night. Child rates and child age rules are confirmed before booking. Maximum 3 extra nights on most packages, peak/off-peak season only. Larger families may need a second room - contact us for a quote.
What's NOT included?
Premium liquor outside the included list, spa treatments, off-property excursions, motorized water sports, golf, gratuities, international calls, minibar restocks, and the optional vacation club membership are not included.
What is the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club model?
Cofresi Beach is part of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC), a Dominican Republic–based vacation club separate from UVC. The LHVC model offers tiered access — basic stays include the resort’s general beaches and pools, while members upgrade for access to VIP-only pools, private beach sections, and the Crown Suites side. The promotional package gets you the resort’s standard all-inclusive product; the upgrade pitch is for the VIP membership tier. Puerto Plata’s airport (POP) is 20 minutes east.
