Resort fee of $45 per night ($180 for 4 nights), paid directly to the resort at check-in. Cancún environmental / lodging tax, about $11 USD per room per night ($44 for 4 nights), paid at the resort in pesos.

Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer is on you (US$25–70 per person). Flights are not included.

- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation (Travel Leisure Club), on site. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. The applicable terms for your selected offer must be reviewed and disclosed before you sign or pay. Contact us to review those terms; this page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or a no-refund policy.

Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

- Married or cohabiting couple with at least one traveler ages 30–75 (IDs at the same address if not married); single women ages 30–72 also qualify
- Up to 2 kids ages 12 or younger at check-in travel free on the package
- Combined household income US$70,000+
- Full-time employment — this resort does not accept retirees on the promotion
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No vacation club presentation at any Oasis property in the last 12 months
