Resort fee of $35 per night ($140 for 4 nights), paid directly to the resort at check-in. Cancún environmental / lodging tax, about $11 USD per room per night ($44 for 4 nights), paid at the resort in pesos. In holiday weeks the resort adds $75.

Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer is on you (US$25–70 per person). Flights are not included.

Traveling With Friends? Here, You Actually Can.
Almost every resort promotion in Mexico prohibits what the industry calls "quinellas" — two couples traveling together on separate promotional packages. Krystal Cancún has historically been the rare exception — tell us if a second couple is traveling and we confirm it with the resort before you book.
The Rule Everywhere Else
At most promotional resorts — including the Sandos properties — friends or family traveling to the same resort on overlapping dates under separate confirmation numbers will all be disqualified and charged the full rack rate. Couples either travel alone or play a risky game of pretending not to know each other.

This property permits two couples to each purchase their own promotional package and travel together — openly and legitimately. No hiding, no games, no risk of losing your rate. Each couple (with up to 2 kids each, 12 or younger) gets the same all-inclusive package at the same price. Book your trip with your best friends and split nothing.

Qualification Requirements
This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 90-minute presentation, and the rate is confirmed at check-in.
- 90-minute vacation club presentation required. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Married couple ages 30–70, or a cohabiting couple ages 30–60 (IDs must show the same address). Single women and same-sex couples ages 35–60 also qualify.
- Up to 2 kids ages 12 or younger at check-in travel free on the package
- Combined household income US$60,000+
- Full-time employment (retirees qualify at this resort)
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No previous Krystal presentation, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 12 months
- Two couples traveling together? This resort has historically allowed it — tell us when you book and we confirm it with the resort before you pay. Each couple books its own package and qualifies on its own.
Getting There
Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the closest in the BWS portfolio. Twenty-three minutes door to door — nearly every Sandos and Krystal property shares the same flight.
Best season: Dec–Apr for prime weather and the lowest humidity — note that Dec 26–Jan 1 is closed on this promotion and other holiday weeks carry a $75 resort holiday fee. May–Jun is strong value before the crowds. Avoid Aug–Oct (hurricane season, sargassum risk on the beach).
