Resort fee $30 per night + mandatory room upgrade $49 per night = $79/night ($316 for 4 nights), collected by the resort's booking agency on your verification call. Cancún environmental / lodging tax, about $11 USD per room per night ($44 for 4 nights), paid at the resort in pesos. In holiday weeks the resort adds $80.
3 · Transport & flights
Not included
Airport transfer is not part of this package: US$80 through the resort, or taxi/shuttle on your own (US$25–70 per person). Flights not included. Flights are not included.
- Room: Upgraded room category (mandatory on this promotion).
- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation, held off site at Villa del Palmar Cancún (Playa Mujeres); the resort arranges the ride. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. The applicable terms for your selected offer must be reviewed and disclosed before you sign or pay. Contact us to review those terms; this page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or a no-refund policy.

Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 120-minute presentation, and the promotional rate is honored.
- 120-minute vacation club presentation required. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Married or cohabiting couple; at least one traveler ages 30–70. If not married, IDs must show the same address.
- One infant age 2 or under travels free; older children are priced by the resort
- Combined household income US$50,000+
- Full-time employment (retirees qualify at this resort)
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No Villagroup, Tafer or Garza Blanca presentation before, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 6 months

All qualified travelers must attend a 120-minute vacation club presentation during their stay. Rates shown reflect the promotional package for qualified travelers and are not the public rack rate. The resort fee of US$30 per night, the mandatory room upgrade of US$49 per night, taxes of about US$11 per room per night and the US$80 holiday fee where applicable are paid to the resort's authorized booking agency and are not included in the package price. Airport transfer is not included. Vacation Club Promo sells the package; the reservation is booked and verified by the resort's authorized booking agency, which will call you to confirm your reservation details.
