2 · The resort — at check-in

Resort fee of $40 per night ($160 for 4 nights), collected by the resort's booking agency on your verification call. Local lodging tax at the resort — small, about $10 for the stay, paid in pesos. In holiday weeks the resort adds $80.
3 · Transport & flights

Airport (SJD) → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer available for US$125 per group of up to 4. Flights are not included.

- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 120-minute presentation, and the promotional rate is honored.

- Married couple ages 30–70, or cohabiting couple ages 35–59 (IDs at the same address); single women and same-sex couples 30–70; single men 35–59
- Up to 2 kids ages 12 or younger at check-in travel free on the package
- Combined household income US$50,000+
- Full-time employment (retirees qualify at this resort)
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No Villagroup presentation before, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 6 months
