2 · The resort — at check-in

Resort fee of $40 per night ($160 for 4 nights), collected by the resort's booking agency on your verification call. Local lodging tax at the resort — small, a few dollars a night (about $20 for 4 nights), paid in pesos. In holiday weeks the resort adds $80.

Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer available for US$25 per adult. Flights are not included.

Why Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta.
Nuevo Vallarta is the flat, wide-beach side of Banderas Bay — swimmable water, a marina, and a 25-minute ride from the airport. This is the newer Krystal, sold on Villagroup's terms.
What Makes It Different
The same Villagroup promotion that runs Villa del Palmar: married couples 30–70, cohabiting 35–59, single women and same-sex couples welcome, retirees accepted, one credit card, $50,000 household income. The catch on this one is kids — only children 3 and under travel free; older kids are priced by the resort.
What You're Getting
A large contemporary resort on the sand, multiple pools with a swim-up bar, buffet plus à la carte dining, a kids club and nightly shows. The 90-minute presentation is on site. Nuevo Vallarta's marina and the Vallarta Malecón are both a short taxi away.
What's Included
Meals, drinks, pools, beach and the kids club are on the all-inclusive plan. Spa, motorized water sports and premium spirits are extra.

Getting There
Puerto Vallarta International (PVR) to Nuevo Vallarta is about 25 minutes north across the state line into Nayarit. Your arrival transfer is included.
Best season: Nov–Apr is dry and sunny with whale season Dec–Mar. Note the closed weeks in November and December on this promotion; the calendar opens up again in January.
Qualification Requirements
This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 90 presentation, and the promotional rate is honored.

- Full-time employment (retirees qualify at this resort)
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No Villagroup presentation before, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 6 months
