Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer is on you (US$25–70 per person). Flights are not included.

- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. - Before you sign or pay, your quote must identify our package fee, any separate supplier fees and taxes, each amount and currency, who collects it, and when it is due. Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

What You're Getting
Ocean Spa is part of Sunset World, the Cancún group behind Sunset Royal, Sunset Marina and Laguna Suites. The Laguna Mar Spa is the reason for the name — hydrotherapy circuits and treatments are on property, with a free shuttle to Sunset Royal on the Caribbean side so you get both the calm bay and the open-sea beach on one package.

This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 120-minute presentation, and the promotional rate is honored at check-in.

Getting There
Cancún International Airport (CUN) to Km 3.5 is about 30 minutes. Your arrival transfer is included.
Best season: Dec–Apr for prime weather and the lowest humidity. Km 3.5 faces the bay, so the water stays calm even when the open-sea beaches are rough. Every week is open on this promotion; holiday weeks carry the $75 resort holiday fee.
