What to Expect

One of the biggest family resorts on the Riviera Maya. The two waterparks alone make it worth it for families — free for all guests. Long, wide beach that’s actually swimmable (not always a given on the Riviera Maya). Minutes from 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen for shopping and nightlife.

Junior Suites with furnished balconies fit up to 5 guests. Seven a la carte restaurants plus three buffets means you won’t eat the same thing twice.

Qualification Requirements

• Married or cohabitating couple, at least one partner 28–70
• Combined income $60,000+ USD
• Full-time employed (retirees accepted if one partner has qualifying job)
• Valid major credit card (no debit/corporate cards)

• $750 refundable hold at check-in
• Both adults attend the 90–120 min presentation together
• Cannot have attended a presentation at this resort chain before
