Resort charges collected on your verification call: about $3 per person per night plus $100 per room for the stay (about $148 for a family of four), plus a refundable $200 damage deposit held at check-in. Cancún environmental / lodging tax, about $11 USD per room per night ($44 for 4 nights), paid at the resort in pesos.

Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer is on you (US$25–70 per person). Flights are not included.
- Room: Deluxe Studio. A family room for 3 adults + 2 kids or 2 adults + 3 kids is available at a different price — ask us.
- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: $5,000 of available credit on one major credit card at check-in (a hold check, not a charge), plus the refundable $200 damage deposit.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. The applicable terms for your selected offer must be reviewed and disclosed before you sign or pay. Contact us to review those terms; this page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or a no-refund policy.
Closed dates on this promotion (Deluxe Studio): all of October · Nov 1–4, 9–10, 18, 23–27 · Dec 19 – Jan 5 · Mar 20 – Apr 4. Every other date is open — we confirm before you pay.

No booking or administration fee will be deducted from that refund. This supplier-rejection refund is separate from the cancellation terms that apply if you choose to cancel.
- Before you sign or pay, your quote must identify our package fee, any separate supplier fees and taxes, each amount and currency, who collects it, and when it is due. Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

Seadust accepts two couples traveling together on the same dates, each on their own promotional package — openly and legitimately. No hiding from the resort, no risk of losing your rate. Each couple must qualify independently.
The Package
Each package covers 2 adults + 2 kids under 12, or 2 adults + 1 junior under 16. Note: this promotion does not accept high-season dates — contact us to confirm available travel windows. Cancún's mandatory environmental tax (approx. $11 USD / 185 MXN per room per night) is payable at the resort at check-in.

Qualification Requirements
This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 120 presentation, and the promotional rate is honored.
- 120-minute vacation club presentation required. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Married or cohabiting couple, both travelers ages 30–65 (IDs at the same address if not married). No single travelers on this promotion.
- Up to 2 kids ages 11 or younger at check-in travel free on the package
- Combined household income of about US$4,500 per month (US$54,000 a year)
- Full-time employment
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- $5,000 of available credit on the card at check-in
- No Seadust / Infinity presentation before, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 12 months
