2 · The resort — at check-in

No resort fee on this program. Families of 3 or more are placed in a one-bedroom unit at $35 per night, paid to the resort. Local lodging tax at the resort — small, a few dollars a night (about $20 for 4 nights), paid in pesos.
3 · Transport & flights
Included · one way
Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer is on you (US$15–40 per person; the airport is 20 minutes away). Flights are not included.
- Room: Deluxe ocean-view room. Families of 3+ get a one-bedroom unit ($35/night to the resort).
- Presentation: Breakfast and a 120-minute Buganvilias Vacation Club preview the morning after you arrive. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. The applicable terms for your selected offer must be reviewed and disclosed before you sign or pay. Contact us to review those terms; this page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or a no-refund policy.
Closed dates on this promotion: Nov 7 · Dec 20 – Jan 5 · Mar 20 – Apr 4. Christmas and New Year's are not offered.

Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.
