Resort fee $40 per night + one-bedroom suite fee $50 per night = $90/night ($360 for 4 nights), collected by the resort's booking agency on your verification call. Playa Mujeres environmental / lodging tax, about $11 USD per room per night ($44 for 4 nights), paid at the resort in pesos. In holiday weeks the resort adds $80.

Airport → resort pickup is in the package. Return transfer available for US$50 (2 adults). Flights are not included.
- Room: One-bedroom suite (about 900 sq ft): king bedroom with its own door, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, and a terrace. Standard hotel rooms are not offered on this promotion — the $50/night suite fee on line 2 is what upgrades you.
- Presentation: 120-minute vacation club presentation. Both adults attend together. No obligation to buy.
- Card hold at check-in: None required by this resort.
- Booking & cancellation: Customer-requested cancellations, date changes and no-shows are separate from supplier rejection. The applicable terms for your selected offer must be reviewed and disclosed before you sign or pay. Contact us to review those terms; this page does not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or a no-refund policy.
Closed dates on this promotion (2026–27 season): Oct 12–13 · Dec 1, 6–11, 16, 21–31 · Jan 1–5 · Mar 20–Apr 4. Every other date is open — we confirm before you pay.

No booking or administration fee will be deducted from that refund. This supplier-rejection refund is separate from the cancellation terms that apply if you choose to cancel.
- Before you sign or pay, your quote must identify our package fee, any separate supplier fees and taxes, each amount and currency, who collects it, and when it is due. Money collected directly by a supplier is separate from our package payment; any refund of that money requires the supplier’s applicable terms or a verified arrangement.

The Room Is a Suite
Roughly 900 square feet: a king bedroom behind its own door, a living room with a sofa bed for the kids, a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and a private terrace. Ground-floor suites open straight onto a swim-out pool. On a four-night stay with two kids, that separate bedroom is the difference between a vacation and a shared hotel room.
The Resort Is Playa Mujeres
Thirty minutes north of the airport, away from the Hotel Zone strip: a wide, calm beach, five pools including a lazy river and a kids' water park, the full-service Tatewari Spa, and five restaurants on the all-inclusive plan. The one-bedroom suite fee and the resort fee on line 2 go to the resort — they are what puts you in this room instead of a standard one.

Qualification Requirements
This is a qualified vacation club promotion. Meet the criteria, attend the 120-minute presentation, and the promotional rate is honored at check-in.

- Married or cohabiting couple; at least one traveler ages 30–70. If not married, IDs must show the same address.
- Up to 2 kids ages 11 or younger at check-in travel free on the package

- Full-time employment (retirees qualify at this resort)
- One major credit card in a traveler's name — Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No debit, no corporate, no store-branded cards.
- U.S. or Canadian residents: at least one traveler holds a U.S. or Canadian passport; the other may hold a permanent resident (Green) card
- No Villa del Palmar, Villagroup, Tafer or Garza Blanca presentation before, and no vacation club presentation of any kind in the last 6 months
- One promotional package per household; the resort does not permit two households to share the promotion on the same dates
