1. Who We Are
VacationClubPromo.com is operated by Bowman Web Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as part of the Bowman Web Services network of travel-promotion brands (including SandosPromo.com). Bowman Web Services LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST43529. A $25,000 surety bond is maintained for consumer protection under s. 559.929, Florida Statutes.
2. What We Sell
We sell a booking service for promotional all-inclusive resort packages. The resort provides your accommodations, meals, and amenities; we arrange, confirm, and support your reservation. Your booking is confirmed when we deliver the resort’s written confirmation number to you.
Reservations are subject to limited promotional availability, are first-come first-served, and must be made at least 15 days before arrival. The resort issues your reservation, and written confirmation is delivered within five (5) business days of payment — typically within two.
3. Promotional Eligibility
Each resort program sets its own qualification requirements, which we screen before booking. Typical requirements include: married or cohabitating couples; age ranges of approximately 28–70; minimum combined household income (US/Canada programs) or registered full-time employment (Mexico programs); a physical major credit card in your name; citizenship or permanent-residency requirements; restrictions for prior promotional-presentation attendance and for people employed in the timeshare, vacation-club, or travel-agency industry; and high-season exclusions on select programs. Some resorts require a refundable security deposit at check-in.
The exact requirements for your chosen resort are confirmed during screening and stated in your reservation contract before you pay. Misstating qualification information may result in on-site penalties assessed by the resort (see Section 6).
4. Pricing
Prices shown are all-in package totals unless stated otherwise. Not included: the Cancún environmental sanitation tax ($11 USD / 185 MXN per room per night, paid at the resort — applies to all Cancún hotels), and any security deposit the resort requires at check-in. Prices subject to change without notice. All-inclusive pricing reflects 4–5 night promotional packages. Final quote confirmed at booking.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- A $150 booking fee is included in your package price and is non-refundable in all cases. It is paid to the resort to secure your reservation immediately upon your payment, and you acknowledge this before paying.
- If you cancel before the resort confirmation is issued, we refund all amounts above the $150 booking fee.
- After confirmation, no cash refunds. Your balance converts to a travel credit valid for 12 months, usable toward the same or an alternative promotion we offer.
- Date changes are permitted subject to availability. Each change carries the resort’s then-current rebooking fee, quoted to you before you confirm the change.
- Where a travel credit genuinely cannot work, we may, at our discretion, refund your balance less the $150 fee and any costs already incurred with the resort.
- No-shows and resort-assessed penalties for rule violations are not refundable.
We recommend third-party travel insurance; we do not sell insurance.
6. Resort Rules Acknowledgment
Promotional packages carry resort rules, including limits on companion parties traveling on separate bookings — most resorts prohibit two couples attending the same promotional stay on the same dates (see our guide on couples traveling together). You agree to disclose, before booking, anyone traveling with you or meeting you at the resort, and how they booked.
If a guest violates resort promotional rules, the resort may assess on-site charges up to its standard (non-promotional) rates. Such charges are between the guest and the resort; they are not a failure of our service and are not grounds for a refund or chargeback against Bowman Web Services LLC.
7. Billing & Disputes
Your package payment appears on your card statement from us (Bowman Web Services LLC / VacationClubPromo). Extras and incidentals you purchase at or from the resort are billed to you separately by the resort — by email payment link or on site. You may see charges from more than one merchant relating to one trip; these are not duplicate charges.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we never see or store your card number. If you have any billing question or concern, contact us first at contact@vacationclubpromo.com or +1 (855) 575-2799 — most issues are resolved within one business day. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your card network dispute rights.
8. Call Recording
Calls with our team and our AI assistants may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping, with disclosure at the start of the call. Continued participation constitutes consent where permitted by law.
9. AI Disclosure
We use AI voice assistants (including “Luna”) to answer calls, collect trip details, and provide information, and AI tools to assist with website content. AI interactions are reviewed by humans; booking decisions, contracts, and payments always involve human review. You may request a human agent at any time.
10. Resort & Partner Relationships
We are an independent booking service compensated by resort partners and promotional programs. We are not the resort, and we are not a timeshare developer or exit company. Resort names and trademarks belong to their owners. Some links on this site may be affiliate or partner links; they never change the price you pay.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for acts or omissions of the resort, airlines, or other suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
12. General
