By accessing this website, contacting us through any channel, or booking a promotional vacation package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

1. About VacationClubPromo.com

VacationClubPromo.com is operated by a licensed Seller of Travel in the State of Florida. We are an independent promotional partner that facilitates discounted all-inclusive vacation bookings at resort properties through resort vacation club preview programs.

We do not own, operate, or manage any resort property. All accommodations, on-site amenities, dining, entertainment, and resort services are provided directly by the resort and its vacation club program.

2. Promotional Package Requirements

All promotional vacation packages require that both qualifying adults attend a single 90–120 minute vacation club sales presentation during their stay. This requirement is non-negotiable and is the basis for the discounted rate.

The presentation must be scheduled through the hotel concierge after check-in
The presentation cannot take place on the first or last day of your stay, or on December 25th or January 1st
No other appointments may be scheduled on the same day as the presentation
Both qualifying adults must attend the full presentation together
There is no obligation to purchase a vacation club membership. Your promotional rate is guaranteed regardless of your decision during the presentation.

3. No Purchase Obligation

Guests are under no obligation to purchase a vacation club membership or any other product during or after the presentation. The promotional rate is fully guaranteed the moment the reservation agreement is signed, provided all qualification requirements and package terms are met.

4. Package Is Non-Transferable

Promotional packages are booked in the name of the qualifying couple and cannot be transferred to another person or party. The reservation name must match the guest checking in. Packages cannot be resold.

5. Subject to Availability

All promotional packages are subject to resort availability for the requested dates. Dates are confirmed at the time of booking. Seasonal pricing applies based on the date ranges published on the relevant resort page.

6. Qualification Requirements

All qualification requirements must be met at the time of check-in. Requirements are set by the resort and include but are not limited to:

Married or cohabitating couple; at least one partner aged 28–70
Combined household income of $60,000+ USD
Full-time employment (retirees qualify only if one partner is employed full-time)
Valid personalized major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover)
U.S. or Canadian citizenship (see resort page for specific exclusions)
Valid photo ID for both partners
Fluency in English or Spanish for both partners
$750 USD refundable guarantee deposit on credit card at check-in

Failure to meet qualification requirements at check-in will result in cancellation of the promotional rate. Guests who wish to remain at the resort must pay the full rack rate. No promotional payments will be credited toward that balance.

7. Refundable Guarantee Deposit

At check-in, the resort places a $750 USD refundable guarantee hold on the guest’s credit card. This is a temporary authorization, not a charge. The hold is released at checkout provided the guest has attended the full presentation and met all terms of the reservation agreement.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee [VERIFY — confirm current cancellation policy and timeframes]
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable [VERIFY]
No-shows are non-refundable
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur pricing adjustments based on the new travel season

9. Non-Compliance Consequences

Failure to comply with any term of the reservation agreement — including but not limited to failing to attend the presentation, not meeting qualification requirements, or arriving with disqualifying parties — will result in:

Cancellation of the promotional rate
Requirement to pay the resort’s full rack rate for the remaining stay
No credit of promotional payments toward the rack rate
Forfeiture of the refundable guarantee deposit

10. AI-Assisted Services

VacationClubPromo.com uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology throughout its operations. By using this website or communicating with us, you acknowledge and consent to interacting with AI-powered systems including:

AI phone assistants (inbound and outbound calls)
AI chat assistants on this website
AI-generated text messages and emails
AI transcription and analysis of all communications

AI-generated information is based on current resort pricing and policies but may contain errors. The signed reservation agreement is the only legally binding document. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.

11. Recorded Communications

All telephone calls, text messages, chat conversations, emails, voicemails, and other correspondence are recorded, transcribed, and archived for quality assurance, booking accuracy, legal documentation, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.

By communicating with VacationClubPromo.com through any channel, you consent to recording and AI processing of those communications.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications via phone (including AI-assisted calls), text message, email, and chat. Communications may include booking confirmations, qualification verification, travel reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

To opt out: Reply STOP to text messages. Click unsubscribe in emails. Request removal during phone calls. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to existing bookings.

By booking a promotional package, you authorize transmission of your information to:

The resort — to create and confirm your reservation
The resort’s vacation club program — to register your booking and schedule the presentation
Airport transportation providers — for included transfers
Payment processors — to process payment securely

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to unrelated third-party marketers.

14. Limitation of Liability

We act as a promotional booking intermediary between guests and resort properties.

We are not responsible for resort operations, room conditions, food quality, service levels, weather, flight disruptions, medical emergencies, or lost property
We make no warranties beyond what is specified in the signed reservation agreement
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the promotional package

Guest responsibilities include: verifying qualification before booking, providing truthful information, obtaining travel and medical insurance, booking flights, ensuring valid travel documents, reading and understanding the reservation agreement, and complying with all resort policies.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
Legal disputes shall be handled in Volusia County, Florida
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Volusia County, Florida

17. Intellectual Property

All content on VacationClubPromo.com — including text, design, layout, graphics, and code — is proprietary. Resort images and descriptions may be used under license. No content may be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VacationClubPromo.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
